Maar aangezien je dit alleen op trainingsdagen doet is het nog acceptabel.<\/p>\n<p>Als je straks meer trainingsdagen krijgt (je gaat dit opvoeren schreef je eerder), dan zou ik toch gaan kijken naar een voedingsmiddel met veel eiwit zoals vlees, ei of vis. Dan kan je 1 van de 4 shakes laten vallen.
